Are repairs included?
No. Observation visits document conditions. Any repair estimate and authorization are separate.
How do I receive the report?
Use your private request link to see the reviewed report and download a PDF. Keep the link confidential; it expires after 30 days.
Is the date guaranteed?
Your preferred date is a request. We confirm provider availability, access and scope before scheduling.
Can I start a monthly plan?
Home Watch is proposed at four visits per month. Where enabled, recurring plans are offered after staff review. Review the amount, visit allowance and approved agreement in your private dashboard before continuing to Stripe checkout.
