Using our website

These terms describe use of The Installation King website and requests for our handyman, installation, and property care services. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information. You must have the legal capacity and authority to request the services and authorize access to the property.

Requests, estimates, and scheduling

Submitting a quote, booking, or property care request does not confirm an appointment or guarantee availability. We confirm the service scope, location, price, provider availability, and appointment details before work is scheduled. Same-day service depends on availability and the work requested.

Published starting prices and descriptions are subject to the property's condition and the agreed scope. Your accepted estimate, service agreement, or checkout terms establish the charges for your job. Additional work or repairs require separate authorization.

Payments and recurring services

Payment timing, deposits, included visits, recurring charges, and any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions are provided in the estimate, checkout, or service agreement you accept. These website terms do not introduce additional cancellation fees or replace those agreed conditions.

A subscription applies only to the services and billing schedule accepted at checkout. Repairs and other work outside the plan require separate approval. Contact us about cancellation, changes, billing questions, or a service concern; any confirmed visits and outstanding charges are handled under your accepted agreement.

Property access and safety

Provide accurate property details, authorized contact information, and safe access instructions. Let us know about hazards, animals, security systems, access restrictions, and other conditions relevant to the work. Work may need to be paused or rescheduled if access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe.

Do not use a website request for an immediate emergency. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services. Emergency response, vehicle custody or movement, and other specialized work require an expressly agreed scope and an appropriately qualified provider.

Property care reports and service limits

Home watch visits and property documentation record observations within the agreed visit scope and accessible areas at the time of the visit. They do not guarantee that a property is free of defects, damage, intrusion, or future problems. They do not replace a licensed inspection, medical care, security monitoring, insurance coverage, or professional legal advice.

Rental documentation records property conditions; it does not decide tenant liability, security deposit deductions, insurance coverage, or legal disputes. Job-specific agreements describe any additional service limits and escalation instructions.

Service providers

Services may be performed by The Installation King or independent service providers. Registration alone does not authorize a provider to perform every service. Assignments depend on the applicable service approval, qualifications, documentation, territory, and availability. Any licensing or other qualifications required for the agreed work must be addressed before that work proceeds.

Accounts, private links, and submitted content

Keep account credentials and private report links secure. A person who receives a private access link may be able to view its associated information. Share reports only with people you authorize, and contact us if access should be revoked or you suspect unauthorized use.

Submit only information and photos you are authorized to share. You allow us to use those materials to respond to your request, arrange and perform services, prepare reports, and maintain related business records. This permission does not authorize unrelated public advertising use of your private property photos. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.

Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate others, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Website branding and content remain the property of their respective owners. Public review content belongs to its respective authors and sources.

Payments, Google connections, and external links may involve third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. We may restrict website access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service.

Questions and updates

Contact us promptly about an incorrect charge, service concern, or report correction so we can review it. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these website terms and show the revised date above. Updates apply prospectively and do not automatically change a previously accepted service agreement. Review the terms applicable when you make a new request.
